Our new Relax & Unwind aromatherapy candle is no different. It’s something many of you have been asking for, a way to enjoy the familiar scents of our aromatherapy soaps beyond the bath or shower. After a lot of quiet testing behind the scenes, we’re so happy to finally share it with you.

There are a lot of candles out there designed to fill an entire home with fragrance. While that works for some people, we wanted to do something a little different.

Relax & Unwind was created for small, personal spaces, a reading corner, a warm bath, a moment of meditation, or a quiet evening to yourself. It’s about creating a gentle haven rather than overwhelming the senses.

Self-care doesn’t have to be loud to be effective.

Why lavender and lemongrass?

The scent blend behind Relax & Unwind mirrors what many of you already love in our soaps.

• Lavender is well known for its calming, grounding properties. It helps ease a busy mind and supports relaxation.

• Lemongrass brings a fresh, uplifting note that gently brightens your mood without feeling sharp or overpowering.

Together, they create a balanced aromatherapy experience; calming, but not sleepy, uplifting but still soft. A scent that works just as well for winding down in the evening as it does for creating a peaceful moment during the day.

Why we chose a soy & coconut wax blend

Just as important as the scent is what carries it.

We use a blend of natural soy and coconut wax to create a clean, gentle burn that suits personal spaces. Soy wax burns more slowly than many traditional waxes, helping your candle last longer, while coconut wax adds a smooth, even melt and enhances the way the essential oils are released.

The result is a candle that feels soft and balanced, never harsh, never overpowering and aligns with our commitment to natural, considered ingredients.

Why essential oils matter

We choose essential oils because they do more than simply smell nice. Unlike artificial fragrances, essential oils are valued for how they can support mood and wellbeing.

That’s why our candles are scented only with essential oils, not synthetic fragrance. The result is a softer, more natural aroma that feels gentle in your space and kind to sensitive noses.

Many people tell us artificial scents can cause headaches or feel overwhelming something we were keen to avoid from the very beginning.

Small batch, always

Just like our soaps, these candles are hand-poured in small batches. This allows us to take our time, pay attention to detail and ensure consistency in every candle we make.

From melting the wax to blending the oils and setting the wicks, each step is done with care. We don’t rush the process, because we believe the things we use for self-care should be made with intention.
