When will my order be delivered?

Normally despatch times are between 1-2 days unless it’s during a busy holiday period such as summer or Christmas where it may take a little longer.

If your parcel is under 2kg then it is despatched using Royal Mail First Class which normally takes 1-2 days.

If the parcel is over 2kg, it is despatched using Royal Mail second class and can take 2- 3 days, please be aware that both of these may take longer if Royal Mail are experiencing delays.

An announcement bar on the website homepage will advise if there is a longer wait expected.

Advice from Royal Mail, if you are waiting on a delivery, is to allow up to 10 working days from expected delivery date before The Wrinkly Elephant Company can launch an investigation.

Has my order shipped?

When your order is ready, an email will be sent advising you that it has been despatched along with a Royal Mail tracking number.

You can track your parcel through the Royal Mail Track and Trace website.

Please check your junk mail inbox as sometimes they do drop in there.

You can check our shipping policy here

What do I do if my Parcel hasn’t arrived?

We use Royal Mail and in the majority of cases it should arrive within 1 –2 days for first class and 3-4 days for second unless your particularly area has delays. On the rare occasion it has taken longer. Royal Mail do advise that we have to allow up to 10 working days from expected delivery date for the parcel to arrive. Only after the 10 days are up can you launch an investigation and ask for compensation from Royal Mail. In your despatch confirmation email, there will be a Royal Mail tracking number which will tell you whether they have attempted delivery or if the parcel has been delivered or is maybe awaiting collection from the delivery office as you may have been out when they tried to deliver.
