Returns
If you find fault with any item, have changed your mind or are not 100% delighted with your order, or if you believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for approval to return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will need to dispatch it back to us within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund of the goods (and delivery charge if it was all that was ordered). You are responsible for the cost of postage to return the item.

Please bear in mind that our range of products are hand-crafted in small quantities so you may encounter some variation in colour, texture or scent. If you do have any problems or queries, please let us know.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds
To complete your return please contact us at info@thewrinklyelephant.com. with details of your order number and reason for return, we will then advise you of the returns procedure.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
