What is the candle made from?

Our candles are hand-poured using natural soy wax and scented only with pure essential oils. We don’t use artificial fragrances or harsh additives just simple, thoughtfully chosen ingredients.

How strong is the scent?

The scent is gentle, natural and balanced. Our candles are designed to lightly scent personal spaces rather than fill an entire room or home.

Will this candle fill my whole house?

No and intentionally so.
This candle is made for quiet, personal moments like reading, bathing or meditation. If you’re looking for a strong, overpowering fragrance, this may not be the right candle for you and that’s okay 🤍

How long does the candle burn for?

Burn time varies depending on use, but with proper care, each candle offers many hours of gentle aromatherapy, expect between 30-40 hours.
For best results, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn.

Is this candle suitable for sensitive noses?

Many people who are sensitive to strong or artificial scents find our candles gentler to enjoy. However, everyone is different, so we recommend burning for shorter periods at first to see how it feels for you.

Are your candles eco-friendly?

We use soy wax and recyclable packaging and labels wherever possible. While the candle jar itself isn’t currently recyclable, we always aim to make thoughtful choices and improve where we can.

Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes — our candles are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.

How should I care for my candle?

To get the best burn:

Trim the wick to around 5mm before each burn
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface
Never leave a lit candle unattended
Keep away from drafts and flammable materials
Don't burn for longer than 4 hours

Where are your candles made?

All of our candles are handmade in small batches in the UK, with the same care and attention as our soaps and bath products.

Why did you decide to make candles?

So many of you told us how much you love the scents of our aromatherapy soaps and wanted a candle to match. These candles are a natural extension of that bringing those familiar, much-loved aromas into your personal space.
