Shipping policy

We aim to send out orders within 2 working days of the order being received. Delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd class and you should allow 2-5 working days after the order is dispatched to receive it. You can opt in for Royal Mail 1st class if you need the parcel before then. However, during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day or holidays then delivery may take longer. If this is the case a notice will be placed on the top of each page on the website to notify you of the delay before ordering. 

A confirmation email will be sent upon ordering to confirm your order and then again once you order has been despatched.
